The amount owed for services is determined by your insurance plan. Many insurance plans have a co-pay that is a standard fee for services. Other insurance plans ask that you cover a percent of my fee. Although I do reach out to determine your eligibility and fee for my services, ultimately it is your responsibility to know your coverage and reimbursement rates. It should also be noted that your insurance company does not guarantee coverage until the claim is reviewed.

In Network
I am currently in network with Blue Cross and Blue Shield PPO, Blue Cross and Blue Shield Choice, and Aetna. I will submit all claims directly to insurance on your behalf

Out of Network
If I am not in your network, I I will assist you by providing a superbill that can be used to obtain reimbursement from your insurance company. You will be responsible for paying the session fee at the time of the appointment.

Reduced Fee
I understand that available finances can be a barrier to obtaining therapy services. I do offer a few sliding scale appointments to offer services for individuals who are impacted by financial hardships. Please contact me to discuss available appointments.
